We provide support on the products we sell, and on many other software products – to the best of our skills and knowledge. Payment calculation is hourly based unless something else has been agreed upon – on Bitrix24 we do, however, give a reasonable amount of free first-line support.

It is usually recommendable to make an agreement about delegated administration for both Bitrix24 and Office 365 so that we already know your installation, have access to it, and can begin solving the problem right away.
